  • Using specialist computer modelling software to produce designs
  • Developing and implementing test procedures.
  • Building prototypes of components to carry out tests, interpreting and analyzing results and data.
  • Investigating and solving problems, eg mechanical failures
  • Sourcing components and selecting the best materials to use.
  • Providing technical advice and answering queries from clients.

  • Implement the QA/QC management plan and system.
  • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the vendors.
  • Coordinate with the customers representative and review on all specification and quality matters.
  • Coordinate all receipt inspections and take remedial action for non conformance issues.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant QA/QC documentation. Assure all technical documents relative to products quality control are current status.
  • Verify that the quality of products are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  • Ensure the safety is adhered during production.

  • Supervise the factory, warehouse and production works to ensure the standards of health, clean, safety and production have been complied.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
